Method of preparation :
Beat the 4 egg whites with 250 grams of sugar and bake a loaf with a diameter of 26 centimeters.
Beat the condensed milk with the butter at room temperature.
Roast the peanuts (you can use more than the specified amount) and crush them a little finely with a rolling pin.
Make the sponge cake.
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until white. Without stopping to beat, add the eggs one by one, and then the sour cream.
