Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 3 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 2/3 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tsp soda (extinguished)

For the filling:

  • 100 g prunes
  • 150 g of dried apricots
  • 150 g raisins
  • 100 g walnuts (or other nuts)

For cream:

  • 750 ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Method of preparation:

You can make the stuffing in advance: pour hot water over the dried fruits and let them soak. Then grind the fruits and nuts separately. If the fruit mixtures are very thick, you can pour a little hot water and mix well. You can mix prunes and nuts.

Prepare the dough. To do this, mix the egg and sugar, add the cream, baking soda and flour. You should get a soft dough, but not stick to your hands. Divide it into 8 parts, roll each of them. Spread 2 parts with prunes, and with raisins and apricots make 3 rolls. Bake them at 180 degrees until golden. Once cooled, cut into pieces.

Beat the cream with the sugar. Take a deep bowl or form with a detachable bottom, cover with foil, spread the foil with cream, arrange the cut rolls in layers, smearing each of them with cream. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, turn the form on a suitable dish and you will get this beauty.

Enjoy!
