In a bowl, mix the kefir / yogurt with the flour, egg, baking soda and sugar for the light batter. Beat the ingredients with a wire whisk.
To make the dark loaf, it is necessary to combine the products for it, which also break up to a uniform consistency.
Cover the bottom of the cake pan with a sheet of parchment and pour one of the dough, bake it until fully cooked in a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
Proceed in the same way with the other dough.
Once the tops are ready, wait for them to cool completely and choose one of them, which you cut into two pieces horizontally (they will be used as a base for the future cake).
Put one half in a suitable dish, the other part cut into pieces. Cut the remaining marshmallows into small pieces.
Mix all the pieces in a bowl, add the finely chopped bananas, yogurt (600 grams) and stir.
Spread the filling evenly on the base and press well, giving the shape of a dome.
Pour all the banana yogurt (200 grams).
Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. If you have enough time, leave it to stand in the cold overnight so that it can absorb the yogurt well.
When this happens, decorate the dessert with a glaze of melted chocolate that you have mixed with the oil (or butter), banana slices and nuts of your choice.
