Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare the nut sprinkle by combining the almond with the coconut flour, sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil. Grind with a fork to obtain moist crumbs. Add the maple syrup and nuts, stir and set aside.
To make the cake, in a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup and vinegar.
In another bowl, combine the two types of flour (almond and coconut), cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and soda.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of blueberry flour to roll in it.
Combine the two mixtures and finally add the blueberries.
Put baking paper in a rectangular cake tin and grease with plenty of coconut oil. Pour the mixture and level. Cover with sprinkles and bake for 45-50 minutes until the cake is browned.
