How To Cook Cake With Carob, Orange Peel, Vanilla And Coffee - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tea cups white flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon locust bean flour
  • 2 and a half teaspoons of instant coffee

 

Method of preparation:

 

Add the baking powder, orange peel and salt to the flour. Beat the eggs with the sugar, butter and vanilla. Divide the cream into two parts and add locust bean flour and coffee to the first.

Add the milk to the second one and add the white flour. Spread and knead a cake pan in which you pour the white mixture, then the brown.

Stir with a wooden skewer so that the colors mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 40 minutes. Cool the fragrant pastries, cut and serve.
