How To Cook Cake With Cheese, Pieces Of Pears And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

150 g crumbled blue cheese
1 peeled and diced pear
60 g chopped walnuts
3 eggs
100 ml milk
3 tablespoons walnut oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g grated Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grease a cake pan with butter, sprinkle with flour and turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix the milk, eggs and both types of oil. Beat with a wire whisk. Add baking powder, salt and pepper to the flour, then combine with the egg mass.

Add the cheese, walnuts and pear pieces. Mix and pour the dough into the prepared form.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Wait for it to cool in the dish and then take it out and serve.
