Required products :

60 grams of butter (melted and cooled)

1 teaspoon leavening agent

130 grams of sugar

5 proteins

4 tablespoons flour

For the filling:

3 full tablespoons of natural yogurt

100 grams of chocolate

2 eggs

For cream:

30 milliliters of brewed coffee

250 milliliters of confectionery cream

200 grams of condensed milk

For sprinkling:

30 grams of roasted almond leaves

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Beat the egg whites and sugar until "hard peaks", add the flour (sifted with the leavening agent) twice, stirring. Pour the melted and cooled butter in the same way - twice, carefully and stirring.

Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper, spread the dough on top and flatten thoroughly. Bake the marshmallows (about 15 minutes is enough).

Melt the chocolate, put the eggs and stir. Then pour the milk and stir again.

Remove the pan with the prepared loaf from the oven and apply the chocolate cream on the surface. Return to the oven for about 10 minutes.

When it cools down a bit, cut the marshmallows in half to make two.

Mix the condensed milk with the coffee, stir and add the cream to the mixture. Smash.

Spread one loaf with half of the cream and put the second on top. Apply the remaining cream and sprinkle with almond leaves.

Enjoy!
