How To Cook Cake With Coffee, Cream Cheese, Chocolate And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

2 eggs + 4 egg whites
1.5 teaspoons sugar + 3/4 teaspoon egg whites
2 teaspoons flour (quantity is approximate)
3/4 teaspoon cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon (without tip ) salt
1/2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon yogurt
1 teaspoon brewed coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
150 grams cream cheese
120 grams butter
400 grams condensed milk
250 grams chocolate paste
100 grams chocolate
nuts to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the four egg whites with 3/4 cup of sugar until stiff.

 

Distribute it evenly in a pan and bake in a preheated oven to 120 degrees for about 2 hours.

 

 

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: cocoa, sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.

 

Mix the oil, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract and pour a cup of brewed coffee. Beat until smooth.

 

Combine the two mixtures (dry and liquid), make a homogeneous dough.

 

Bake a thin loaf, it is good to use the same form in which you prepared the proteins to obtain uniform layers.

 

Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool.

 

Make a cream by mixing in a small bowl the softened butter, cream cheese, add a pinch of salt, vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.

 

Then add the condensed milk and beat until the consistency is airy.

 

The marshmallow should have already cooled, cut it into two parts (width). Do the same with protein.

 

Spread half with cream and sprinkle with crushed nuts of your choice.

 

Then apply a layer of chocolate paste on the protein base and place it on the cream with the nuts (chocolate down).

 

And spread the paste on the surface, sprinkle with nuts and put the second part of baked egg whites, which also cover with chocolate.

 

Blat again.

 

And the rest of the cream.

 

Decorate the cake with nuts and melted chocolate.
