Required products :

150 milliliters of fresh milk

200 grams of cottage cheese

3 eggs

400 grams of wheat flour

100 grams of butter

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon leavening agent

1 packet of vanilla

1 - 2 small sweet apples

1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, beat the curd with the sugar and softened butter until creamy. Add the grated lemon peel, vanilla and mix well once more. Pour the milk. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder to the flour and pour into the curd. Knead the dough and add the peeled and finely chopped apples.

Beat the eggs to a froth with a mixer, mix them with the dough and pour into a greased form. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.
