Method of preparation:
Put the crushed salt in two in a blender and grind them. Add sugar, butter and beat again. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a yen dish or pan. In a bowl, place the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and cream.
Stir the mixture gently and spread it on the crispy layer. Cool for an hour, during which time dissolve the gelatin in the water, pour the sprite and cool the liquid for 10-15 minutes. Take out the cake, decorate with fresh fruit, cut out stars from the apple and decorate in several places.
Carefully pour the dessert with the gelatin mixture and cool for 3-4 hours.
