Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and vanilla extract, then pieces of softened butter and beat until fine. Pour the sifted flour, oatmeal and knead a thick dough.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop finely.
Crush the cashews.
Add the fruits and nuts to the dough, mix with a spoon.
Grease a suitable form with oil and put the dough in it.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. If the top starts to toast a lot, cover with foil and bake.
Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
Garnish with glaze and serve.
