Necessary products:

 

for the marshes

 

  • 6 eggs
  • 150 grams of crystal sugar
  • 350 grams of sifted flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 5 grams of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 grams of vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil

 

for syrup

 

  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 50 milliliters of sweetened coffee

 

for cream

 

  • 2 tablespoons instant cappuccino
  • 300 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

 

for the cake

 

  • cocoa for sprinkling
  • 100 grams of chocolate coffee beans

 

Method of preparation:

 

Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two separate bowls. Add the sugar to the egg whites and beat until thick. Add the vanilla and mix gently. Cool while cooking the remaining products.

Add the lemon juice to the yolks, add the oil and stir. Combine the two mixtures and mix until smooth. Put the flour in another bowl, add soda, baking powder and liquid ingredients. Stir until you get a dough and pour it into two individual cake tins.

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes and cool.

 

Put the first one on a tray and syrup it with a mixture of milk and sweetened coffee.

 

Make a cream by mixing the cream with the mascarpone, sugar, cappuccino and beat with a mixer until homogeneous.

 

Smear the marsh with cream, cover with the second and syrup again. Glaze the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Garnish with chocolate beans and refrigerate for an hour. Once firm, cut and serve.
