Necessary products:

6 eggs

200 grams of flour

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 tsp baking powder

200 grams of sugar

200 grams of butter + 20 grams for the glaze

pinch of salt

200 grams of hazelnuts (roasted)

3 tablespoons milk

100 grams of chocolate

2 sec. l. sour cream

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar with the butter and vanilla sugar, add a pinch of salt. Beat with a mixer.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the butter and sugar and beat a little. Then add the milk, stir. Sift the flour and add it to the mixture together with the baking powder. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Crush the hazelnuts and mix them with the dough (leave some of them for sprinkling), stir.

Beat the egg whites to a froth and gradually add them to the dough, stirring gently with a wooden spoon. Then pour into a baking dish greased with oil. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 50-55 minutes (check if it is baked with a toothpick).

Preparation of the glaze:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath together with the butter, add the cream and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the icing over the cake and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
