Necessary products

For the dough:

400 g of flour

3 s. l. cocoa

3 tablespoons fresh milk

2 tablespoons honey

30 g of margarine

150 g of sugar

1 egg

1 tsp soda

For cream:

nuts

300 grams of butter

300 ml of fresh milk

2 s. l. flour

1 egg

100 grams of sugar

For the glaze:

100 grams of butter

100 grams of chocolate

Method of preparation:

Mix the milk, margarine, sugar, egg, soda and honey. Melt over low heat and simmer until the color changes. Then remove from the heat and add the flour, cocoa and knead the dough to the resulting mixture. Divide it into parts, roll each of them, cut the same shapes (like pancakes) with a thickness of 4-5 mm. Bake them in a pan sprinkled with flour for a few minutes. Cover the finished tops with a towel and start making the cream. Beat the egg with the sugar, add the flour, stir and pour the mixture into the milk. Boil the cream over low heat, stirring constantly. When the consistency thickens, the cream is ready. Allow it to cool slightly. Then add the softened butter spoon by spoon. During this time you need to constantly stir. Spread the resulting mixture on each of the trays and sprinkle with ground walnuts. Arrange them on top of each other and leave for a few hours.

Prepare a glaze of butter and chocolate. Pour the cake with it. Let it take a while and serve.

Enjoy!
