Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, add some of the sugar and wait for it to dissolve a bit. Then put the remaining products and knead a smooth sand dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Wash the raisins and chop them finely if they are large. Roast the walnuts and cut them into pieces. Fill the poppy with enough water to cover, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Drain the water (it will turn brown), pour a new one and wait for it to boil again. When this happens, close the pot with a lid and let the poppy boil until the water evaporates, then leave for 10 minutes to swell. Grind it with a blender until white (it should become balls). Beat the egg whites to a froth together with the rest of the sugar. Mix powdered sugar, honey, butter and egg whites with poppy seeds. Stir gently. A thick but fluffy mass is obtained. Then add the raisins and walnuts and the filling is ready.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll each of them in the shape of the dish in which you will bake. Put a layer of dough on the bottom, spread it with jam and spread some of the stuffing with poppy seeds. Next is the second layer, again jam and stuffing. Finish the arrangement with the third "tray". You don't need to cover it with anything, just pierce it in several places with a fork.
Place to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes. The time depends on your oven. Let the cake cool in the form and cover it with a glaze made from melted chocolate and butter. Cut into pieces and serve.
