Required products :

For the marshes:

4 eggs

1 teaspoon sugar

3 teaspoons flour

3 tablespoons cognac

100 grams of walnuts

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon vinegar

3 tablespoons honey

pinch of salt

For cream:

1 cup fresh milk

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon sugar

250 grams of butter

1 cup ground walnuts

For decoration:

grated chocolate

ground walnuts

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Grind the walnuts, pour them over the eggs, add honey, cognac and mix thoroughly.

In the resulting mixture sift 1 teaspoon of flour and stir.

Quench the soda in the vinegar, add to the dough and stir again.

It's time for the rest of the flour and a pinch of salt. After pouring them into the products, mix everything very well and divide the dough into 4 parts. Bake 4 loaves of them at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Make a cream. Bring the milk to a boil, add the flour and let the mixture thicken, then allow to cool to a warm state. Then add the sugar, butter and beat. Pour the walnuts and mix thoroughly.

Arrange the tops on top of each other, smearing each with cream. Again, cover the surface of the dessert with the milk-butter combination and decorate with ground walnuts and grated chocolate.

An option is to use cocoa when making marshmallows and / or cream.

Enjoy your meal!
