Necessary products:

  • 4 eggs + 1 for cream
  • 1 tsp sugar (+ 1/2 tsp cream and 7 tbsp glaze)
  • 1 tsp flour + 2.5 tbsp for cream
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon fresh milk for cream + 3 tablespoons for glaze
  • 50 g for cream oil + 50 g for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for the glaze

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the vanilla, baking powder, flour and beat with a mixer. Grease a pan with a diameter of 26 cm and pour the dough into it. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Make a cream. To do this, beat the milk, flour, egg, sugar and vanilla. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Put the butter in the hot cream and stir. Cool.

Cut the marsh into two parts, smear one with cream and cover with the other.

It's time for the glaze. Mix the cocoa and sugar, stir, add the milk and put on the stove, stirring until the mixture boils. Add the butter and stir. Pour the hot icing over the cake. Leave overnight in the refrigerator and good appetite!
