Necessary products

 

For swamps:

2 eggs

1/3 tea cup sugar

2/3 tea cup flour

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

a pinch of vanilla

 

For mousses:

24 grams of gelatin

3 chocolates (white, dark and milk) without fillings and nuts

90 grams of butter

650 milliliters of cream

150 milliliters of cream liqueur

 

Method of preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar, add flour mixed with cocoa, baking powder and vanilla, stir. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the dough in it for 15 minutes, using a form greased with oil or lined with baking paper. When the marsh is ready, leave to cool and cut a round base 2 cm thick. To obtain a flat shape, use a cardboard template. Soak with 50 milliliters of liqueur cream. Next, you will need a solid wide foil with a length equal to the circumference of the form and a width of not less than 20 cm. flat walls are obtained from the mousses and the dessert is easier to remove when ready.
