Required products :
280 grams of flour a
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of soda
350 grams of sugar
170 grams of butter
3 eggs
2 large well-ripened paradise apples
1.5 teaspoons walnuts
1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the glaze:
120 grams of cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
90 grams powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
Wash the apples of paradise, cut them into two parts, clean the seeds and carve the inside with a spoon. Put in a bowl and mash with a fork to obtain a puree (you can beat with a blender).
Roast the walnuts for 4 minutes in a dry pan, stirring constantly. Once cooled, cut with a knife.
In a large suitable bowl, sift the flour with the salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the sugar and stir.
In another bowl, melt the butter and add the mashed persimmons and eggs. Beat with a wire whisk. Combine with the dry mixture and mix quickly until smooth. Then add the walnuts, stir once more and spread the dough in an oiled pan.
Bake the cake at 175 degrees for about an hour.
Wait for it to cool and turn it over on a suitable flat dish.
Make the glaze. Beat the cream cheese with the butter with a blender until smooth. Then pour a spoonful of lemon juice and without stirring, carefully add powdered sugar and 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water.
Apply the glaze on the surface of the dessert, wait for it to cool and serve.
