Necessary products
100 grams of white chocolate
250 milliliters of cream
4 petals of gelatin
a little vanilla sugar
100 grams of milk chocolate
300 milliliters of cream
5 petals of gelatin
vanilla sugar
100 - 150 grams of dark chocolate
350 milliliters of cream
6 petals of gelatin
drops of rum or vanilla sugar
Method of preparation :
Before you start making each of the layers, you need to heat the cream well. If you decide to use fresh milk, it needs to boil. Just to mention that with cream you get a richer taste.
And so...
First layer. Pour gelatin with a little cold water for 2-3 minutes. Heat the cream. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate, which you have broken into pieces and to which you have added 3 tablespoons of warm cream. Stir with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is completely melted and mix it with the hot cream. Add the softened gelatin and stir until evenly white. Everything has to happen fast. In about 5-6 minutes you will have the ready mixture for one of the "tops" of the future cake.
Take a clean and dry silicone mold, pour the white combination into it and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 hour.
Prepare the other two layers of chocolate in the same way. The new mixtures that you pour on the cooled base must be hot and spread over the entire surface of the bottom layer. Do not pour at one point, as it is possible to form a hole in the cooled layer.
When the dessert is firm, remove from the refrigerator, turn over on a suitable plate and serve very cold.
If you do not have a silicone mold, it is necessary to lubricate the ordinary with unscented oil, but in no case use oil.
