Required products :

400 grams of flour

200 grams of butter

100 grams of cream

4 eggs

250 grams of granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon citric acid

1 teaspoon of baking soda

300 grams of fresh strawberries (maybe frozen)

Method of preparation :

Rub the butter into the flour, add the cream, 100 grams of sugar, 4 egg yolks, citric acid and baking soda. Knead the dough. Spread it on the bottom of the form you will use, making it about 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Punch it tightly with a fork and place in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

While the marshmallows are baking, beat the egg whites with the remaining 150 grams of sugar using a mixer. When you get a thick cream, add the strawberries (if you use frozen, do not defrost them beforehand) and mix thoroughly. Pour the cream over the baked base and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
