How To Cook Cake Without Baking With Caramel And Peanuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 200 grams of creamy condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons liquid caramel
  • 10 grams of gelatin powder
  • 125 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250 grams of dulce de leche
  • 200 grams of roasted peanuts, salted
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 50 milliliters of liquid confectionery cream
  • 5 grams of gelatin powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the biscuits in a blender and grind them. Pour them into a bowl and add the butter. Knead the dough, using only the round part of the cake tin and a flat large plate instead of the bottom.

 

Spread the dough and press with a spoon to form evenly.

 

Cool, in another bowl pour the creamy condensed milk and dissolve the gelatin in the caramel. Stir and combine the mixtures. Add cream, dulce de leche and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spread the cream on the marsh.

 

Cool, meanwhile prepare a pan and melt the butter. Add the sugar and caramelize it. Mix gelatin with cream and dilute the caramel. Pour the sweet sauce into a bowl and add the roasted peanuts.

 

Stir and spread the glaze over the already firm cream. Cool for two hours, cut and serve.
