How To Cook Cakes Stuffed With Melted Cheese, Garlic And Parsley - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cakes stuffed with melted cheese, garlic and parsley". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

420 grams of wheat flour

80 grams of pea flour

20 grams of semolina

1.5 teaspoons dry yeast (or 15 grams fresh)

10 grams of salt

50 milliliters of olive oil

320 milliliters of water

For the stuffing:

melted cheese

garlic

parsley

olives on request

walnuts on request

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour, mix them, add semolina to them. Then add the yeast, stir. Salt, olive oil and water follow. Knead a soft dough, shape it into a ball, place in a bowl sprinkled with flour and leave for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.

Then take out the finished dough on a plate sprinkled with flour, divide it into small pieces (about 20 pieces).

Shape each into a flat loaf, start kneading, twisting the edges towards the inside. Make balls of dough, which you arrange in a tray, placing them at some distance from each other. Leave for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.

Meanwhile, make the filling. It can be any, of course, but in this case we will use a mixture of melted cheese, garlic and parsley. It is also delicious with a combination of butter, garlic and parsley (or other green spice). Add walnuts or finely chopped olives, also dried tomatoes.

Determine the quantities of the products according to your taste preferences.

Make a dent with a finger pre-dipped in flour on each loaf. Put the stuffing there. Smear the surface with olive oil or vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes (until golden).

Let the drinks stand out and submit.

Enjoy your meal!
