Required products :

450 grams of flour
80 grams of softened butter
1 egg
120 grams of sugar
1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
160 milliliters of milk a
pinch of salt


chocolate paste for the filling
powdered sugar for sprinkling
1 egg to spread

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
Sift the flour, add the sugar, a pinch of salt, egg and softened butter. Pour the milk with the yeast and knead the dough. Shape it into a ball and let stand for an hour to rise.
Then divide it into loaves of about 60 grams each. Flatten them with your hands and put a little of the chocolate paste in the middle. Cover with the dough and arrange the loaves in a greased pan. Let stand for 20 minutes and smear their surface with beaten egg.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 17-20 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cakes with powdered sugar.
