Required products :

  • 200 milliliters of fresh cow's milk
  • 11 grams of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams of butter
  • 700-750 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of plain sugar
  • 200 grams of cane sugar
  • 1 vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 50 grams of mascarpone
  • 30 grams of milk chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

Mix until smooth milk, yeast, 100 grams of granulated sugar, 70 grams of butter and add the vanilla.

In a separate bowl, pour the flour and add salt. Knead the dough from these products and leave it in a warm place for about an hour (between 40 and 60 minutes).

 

Then roll out a layer measuring 40 x 60 centimeters, smear it with 60 grams of oil.

 

Mix the cinnamon with the sugar.

 

Sprinkle the dough and roll (tightly).

 

Cut it into pieces approximately 2.5-3 centimeters wide.

 

Arrange them in a tray (on a sheet of parchment paper).

 

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

 

Make the glaze by mixing the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and 120 grams of butter until smooth.

 

Pour the delicious cream over the ready-made cakes, followed by the melted chocolate.

 

Serve immediately while warm.
