Learn how to cook "Cakes with cognac and vanilla mixed with yogurt". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

250 grams of yogurt
150 grams of flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cognac
1 tablespoon sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar a
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil for dough + for baking

Preparation :
Dissolve the soda in the yogurt, mix well and add the cognac, oil, both types of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything until a homogeneous consistency, then turn the flour. Pour it in the middle of the resulting mixture and using a silicone spatula knead the dough thoroughly. It resembles a very thick cream, but it is not liquid, but rather sticky. You should not stir vigorously, even if small lumps form.

Leave the dough to stand for at least 10-15 minutes before shaping the loaves.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and put a little oil on the bottom. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and bake the fragrant snacks. Reduce the temperature when you put the dough so that it does not burn. Bake until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side are enough, you can close the pan with a lid.

Remove the finished loaves on a piece of paper so that it can absorb the excess fat.

Enjoy your meal!
