Required products :
250 grams of butter
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons flour
several wafer shells
5 eggs
cocoa powder
Method of preparation :
Put about 200 grams of butter in a deep bowl and melt it in the microwave. Pour the sugar into it (you may not stir). Boil the eggs hard, peel them and take only the yolks, which you mash with your hands (to get crumbs). Add the butter to them, then the flour and knead the dough.
From it form balls the size of a boiled egg yolk. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. During this time, deal with the products for sprinkling sweets. Melt the remaining oil in the microwave and add the cocoa. Pour a little fresh milk, add sugar. Stir and you are ready with the chocolate glaze. Grate the wafer shells on a coarse grater.
Dip the finished balls in the glaze. It is best to do this with the help of two spoons - the ball should be in one, and with the other water the mixture. Then roll the sweets in the grated wafer crusts (sprinkle them well on all sides). Ready.
