Crush the walnuts, mix them with the powdered sugar and syrup, stir and the filling for the sweets is ready. Borrow with them. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cover the bottom of a suitable baking dish with parchment and grease with oil. Add the soda to the flour and sift. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, egg and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Stir the softened butter for 5 - 8 minutes until white, gradually adding the cream mixture. Then add the flour and quickly knead a soft dough, which you divide into two parts. Roll them into layers no thicker than 0.5 cm, level the surface and cut the layer into small rectangles. In the middle of each of them along the length put the stuffing. Roll up, forming papyri and arrange in the prepared tray.
Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes, but no more. While still hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
