How To Cook Calzone Made Of Ready Dough With Sausage, Onion And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

200 grams of suitable sausage of your choice
1 onion
200 milliliters of tomato sauce
salt, ground black pepper, basil, garlic powder
pizza dough
300 grams of pepperoni
350 grams of mozzarella
100 grams of provolone
1 egg

Method of preparation :

Cut the sausage into pieces, fry in oil and remove on paper to drain off excess fat.


Finely chop the onion and fry until soft and golden.
In a small saucepan, mix the tomato sauce and spices. Put the pan on medium heat and stir until its contents are hot, then remove from the heat and cool.

 

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.


Roll each of them in the form of a circle with a diameter of 18-20 millimeters. Put a full spoonful of the cooled tomato sauce on half of the surface and distribute evenly. Arrange pieces of fried sausage, pepperoni on it in one half of the dough and sprinkle with fried onions and grated cheese.


Close the dough, forming a circle and pinch its edges.

 

Spread with the beaten egg and bake the pizzas for 20 minutes in the oven.
