Required products :

  • 500 grams of flour + 1 tbsp
  • May 30 grams
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 200 grams of tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 400 grams of cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 basil leaves
  • connection green onions
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Mix the yeast with the sugar and 125 milliliters of warm water. Pour into the cavity and cover with flour. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes in a warm place. Then add the oil, salt and 150 milliliters of warm water.

Knead a smooth and soft dough with your hands, leave it warm for another 20 minutes to rise.

Cut the tomatoes, add the tomato puree to them. Cut the onion into circles, chop the basil, peel the garlic and mash with a press.

Crush the cheese, mix it with cottage cheese, egg, a spoonful of flour, basil, onion and garlic.

Divide the dough into 4 parts and knead each of them once more. Then roll out in the form of circles with a diameter of 25 cm on a plate sprinkled with flour.

On each sheet of dough first put the tomatoes, on top - the stuffing.

Close the pizzas, pressing the dough at the edges. Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper. Spray them with water and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees at its lowest level for 20 minutes.
