Necessary products
For the dough:
120 milliliters of water
250 grams of flour
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1.5 teaspoons dry yeast
pinch of salt
For the stuffing:
300 grams chicken breast
6 feathers green onion
2 tomatoes
70 grams fresh spinach
pinch dried basil
pinch allspice
70 grams yellow cheese
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry in a little oil.
Cut the spinach and onion randomly, the tomatoes - into pieces.
Add the spinach and feathers to the bowl with the chicken, stir a few times and remove from the heat. Season with salt, allspice and basil.
Allow the finished filling to cool and start making the dough.
Dissolve the yeast in the water or mix with the flour (depending on what you use), add a pinch of salt and sugar.
Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise. Knead once more and divide into 3 equal parts.
Grate the cheese.
From each ball of dough make loaves and at one end put 1/3 of the stuffing, a few pieces of tomato and a little yellow cheese. Cover with the dough, forming a closed pizza and pinch the edges.
Arrange the pizzas in a tray and make 2-3 cuts on their surface. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the pizzas hot.
