Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon husk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

  • tomato paste
  • oregano
  • hard white cheese
  • bacon
  • olives
  • mushrooms
  • mermaid parmesan or grana padano

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 250 degrees to preheat.

Grind sesame and flaxseed in a robot or grinder.

In a bowl, beat the two eggs and add the ground seeds. Mix well, then add the husk, salt and coconut flour and mix all the ingredients.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the resulting dough to the paper. Wet your hands and carefully spread the dough on the bottom of the whole pan.

Spread half of the marshmallows with the tomato puree, sprinkle with oregano and spread the filling. Turn the ungreased half of the marshmallows with the help of the baking paper on the filling and seal both ends carefully.

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
