How To Cook Canned Beans With Tomatoes And Red Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of dried old beans
  • 3.5 kilograms of tomatoes
  • 2 kg of sweet red peppers
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crystal sugar
  • 1 teaspoon unscented oil
  • 2 tablespoons (topped) salt
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar


Method of preparation :

Soak the beans in water overnight, then cook until done.

Grind the tomatoes, using a blender or meat grinder. Put them in a deep saucepan, add sugar and salt. Cook for 20 minutes.

Then pour in the bowl and chopped peppers, let all simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add the beans, pour the oil and cook for another 10 minutes.

At the end of the process, pour the vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.

Immediately divide the dish into jars, close them, turn upside down and leave until completely cooled.

Optionally add eggplant when making the can.
