Required products :
300-400 grams of canned white beans
1 onion
50 grams of yellow cheese
50 milliliters of
pepper oil and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Drain the liquid from the canned beans.
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil. Then add the drained beans to it and let it fry for 10 minutes on high heat. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the finished garnish with grated yellow cheese while it is still hot so that it can melt. Stir and serve immediately.
It can also be served as a main course.
