Required products :
1.5 kg pumpkin
2 liters of water
3 tablespoons vinegar
5 cloves
12 tablespoons sugar
5 grains allspice
Method of preparation :
Pour the water into a saucepan, add the sugar, cloves, allspice and place the dish on the stove.
Cut the peeled and peeled pumpkin into small pieces, which you put in the syrup when it boils.
