Necessary products:

  • 120 grams of salt per 1 liter of water
  • vine leaves

Method of preparation:

Fill the leaves with cold water and leave for 4 hours, changing the water every 60 minutes.

Then wash the vine leaves thoroughly and arrange them in sterilized jars. Clamp them with a flat heavy object (you can use a stone or other).

Make a solution of water and salt. Fill the leaves with it. Its level should be 4 centimeters above them.

Close the jars and store them in a dark and cool place.
