Required products :
10 cannelloni
300 grams of cheese
6 cloves fresh garlic
salt to taste
bechamel sauce
100 grams of yellow cheese
Method of preparation :
Put the cannelloni in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain the liquid with a colander.
Grate the cheese in bulk and mix it into finely chopped green garlic. Add salt, but consider how salty the cheese is. Fill the pasta with the obtained "minced meat".
Prepare bechamel sauce, pour half into the form you will use for baking and arrange a row of cannelloni on it. Drizzle with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve the dish hot.
