How To Cook Cannelloni With Chicken, Mushrooms And Béchamel Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 18 cannelloni
  • 250 grams of chopped mushrooms
  • 100 grams of chicken, finely chopped
  • 1 onion
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

for the sauce

 

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:


Pour water into a saucepan and blanch the cannelloni until soft, while in a pan heat the butter, fry the finely chopped onions, mushrooms and meat.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool the mixture and with the help of a slotted spoon remove and rinse the cannelloni with cold water. Dry and fill with the filling.

Arrange them in a pan glazed with olive oil and make the sauce. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the flour. Dilute with milk and stir.

Season with lemon juice and after it thickens, spread the béchamel on the pasta. Sprinkle with grated cheese, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the dish warm, garnished with chopped fresh spices of your choice.
