How To Cook Cannelloni With Minced Meat And Béchamel Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

200 - 250 grams of cannelloni

500 grams of minced meat (to taste)

500 grams of tomatoes

200 grams of onions

3 cloves garlic

150 grams of yellow cheese

oil

salt and spices to taste

 

For the sauce:

50 grams of butter

3 tablespoons flour

1 liter of fresh milk

left

 

Method of preparation :

Make the cannelloni first.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

 

Fry them until golden in hot oil.

 

Add the minced meat and fry well.

 

Then put the pre-peeled and diced tomatoes in a bowl, salt and other spices to taste, fry everything for 10-15 minutes.

 

When the minced meat has cooled, fill the pasta tubes with it very carefully.

 

Deal with the sauce.

Melt the butter in a suitable pan.

 

Add the flour and fry lightly.

 

Then pour the milk, add spices and let it boil until thickened.

 

The consistency should resemble liquid cream with a beautiful white color.

Pour half of the sauce into a prepared pan and arrange the cannelloni evenly.

 

Drizzle them with the remaining béchamel.

 

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and let the dish bake for 30 - 40 minutes.

 

Grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle with the prepared cannelloni.

 

Return them to the oven for another 10-15 minutes to bake.

 

All you have to do is cut the delicious casserole and decorate as you wish.
