How To Cook Cannelloni With Minced Meat, Dock And Spinach With Tomato Sauce And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 10-15 cannelloni
  • 3 stalks of fresh onions
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 300 grams of minced meat, flavored
  • 1 dock connection
  • 1 spinach link
  • 5 soft tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs of basil
  • 1 stalk fresh oregano
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 milliliters of tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt, pepper, olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and blanch the cannelloni until soft. Drain, cool and set aside. Heat the fat and fry the finely chopped onion, minced meat, dock, spinach and mint.

Cool the mixture and fill the cannelloni with it. Arrange them in a greased pan. In another bowl, place the finely chopped tomatoes, basil and oregano. Season with salt, black and red pepper. Stir and pour the tomato juice.

Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes and garnish the pasta with it. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and serve the cannelloni warm, sprinkled with fresh spices of your choice.
