Learn how to cook "Cannelloni with spinach and ricotta in sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of spinach
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
16 pieces of cannelloni
200 grams of ricotta
50 milliliters of liquid cream
100 milliliters of broth of your choice (can be soluble)
1 tablespoon butter
100 grams of grated tomatoes
100 grams of grated Parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
Wash the spinach and put it briefly in boiling water. Then rinse with cold, drain and chop into large pieces.
Mix the ricotta with the egg, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the crushed garlic and spinach, mix everything and add spices as desired.
Fill the cannelloni with the resulting mixture and arrange them in a deep bowl, the bottom of which you have previously greased with oil.
Mix the cream with the broth and grated tomatoes. Add half of the parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour this sauce over the cannelloni, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese, and put small pieces of butter on it (you can grate it). Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes until the cannelloni are red.
Serve with tomato sauce.
