Necessary products

For swamps:

6 eggs

100 grams of sugar

4 tablespoons honey

50 milliliters of oil

1 tablespoon baking powder

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspoon flour

 

For cream:

2 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk

1 tablespoon instant coffee

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon sugar to sugar

2 tablespoons (topped) starch

200 grams of butter

 

For sprinkling:

grated dark chocolate or cocoa

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey using a mixer. Add the sifted flour with the cocoa and baking powder. Carefully knead the dough with a spoon, add the oil. Stir until smooth and divide into two parts, which are baked in a moderate oven until ready (check with a toothpick).

Make a cream. Bring 2 cups of milk to a boil with a spoonful of instant coffee, then add both types of sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, remembering to stir.

Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk and add to the boiling sweetened. Stir constantly and vigorously, let it boil for 1-2 minutes, then be sure to transfer to a cold saucepan. Close the container with a lid or cover with plastic wrap and allow the cream to cool. When this happens, add the butter (at room temperature) and beat with a mixer.

Spread the finished countertops and place on top of each other.

The surface of the cake should also be covered with cream. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder and enjoy!
