Required products :
4 caracudi
1 onion
2-3 tablespoons oil
300 grams sour cream
1 carrot
salt, pepper, spices for fish and / or other to taste

Method of preparation :
Clean the fish.
Add salt, pepper and other spices to the cream. Stir.
Peel an onion, chop finely and sauté in oil together with the grated carrot. Fill the fish with the mixture.
