Necessary products

For swamps:

  • 2 tea cups crushed biscuits
  • 1 1/3 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 tea cup butter (pre-softened or melted)

For the filling:

  • 450 grams of soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 tea cup brown and white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons starch (corn)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 green apples, peeled and thinly sliced

About the topping:

  • 1/4 teaspoon flour, rolled oats and brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • caramel sauce to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees while you prepare the cheesecake.

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, brown marshmallow sugar and melted butter. Spread on the bottom of a cake tin with a diameter of 20 centimeters and press to the dish to obtain a thick layer. Bake for 5 minutes.

Make a cream by mixing in a separate bowl the products for it (except apples): cream cheese, both types of sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract.

Apply the filling on the biscuit base and arrange the apple slices on it.

In another bowl, combine the oatmeal and flour, add the brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Cover the fruit evenly with this mixture and bake the dessert in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with caramel sauce.
