Necessary products:

2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for cream)

vanillin (in apple filling and cream, on the tip of a knife)

220 ml 33% cream (150 ml for cream and 70 ml for caramel)

lemon juice - to taste

40 grams of butter (25 grams for apple filling and 15 grams for caramel)

80 grams of nuts

150 grams of brown sugar (50 grams for apple filling and 100 grams for caramel)

2 green sour apples

Method of preparation:

Wash the apples, peel them, remove the inside with the seeds and cut into cubes (1 cm). Put the butter and sugar in a hot pan, reduce the heat to medium, do not stir, but turn, tilting the pan in all directions until the two ingredients begin to melt. Then add the apples and stew, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, to make the apples medium soft. If desired, add lemon juice.

Next is the cream: beat the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until the volume of the mixture increases. You can replace the cream with ice cream. Lightly roast the walnuts in a dry pan or oven (to dry) and cut them into large pieces.

At the bottom of the glass put the apples, cream on them, sprinkle with walnuts and place in refrigerator.

It's time for the caramel: evenly cover the bottom of a suitable dish (for example, a small Teflon pan) with sugar, without stirring, but only tilting it until the sugar melts and leave on the stove until amber. It is important not to burn, because the caramel will be bitter. Then add the warm cream and butter. Cool, the mixture will thicken when cool. Put it on top of the cup and the dessert is ready.

Enjoy the delicate and refined taste!
