How To Cook Caramel Blocks With Hazelnuts And Rosemary - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Caramel blocks with hazelnuts and rosemary". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2/3 tea cup hazelnuts, cut in bulk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

  • Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Heat the sugar, water and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture boils and the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Continue to cook until amber in color, shaking the pan periodically without stirring the caramel.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chopped hazelnuts, rosemary and salt.
  • Stir and pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to spread it in a thin layer.
  • Allow the caramel bar to cool completely before breaking it.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Note!

Store the caramel bars at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks .
