Beat the sugar and soft butter. When a fluffy white mass is obtained, add the egg to it and beat once more, then add the vanilla extract.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add half of it to the resulting mixture. Stir, pour in the milk, stir again and then pour in the remaining flour. Stir well.
Make caramel by heating the butter and sugar in a pan. Once the crystals have melted and the consistency is uniform, add the cinnamon and spread the caramel on the bottom of a baking dish. Here are banana pieces, 0.5 cm thick. Pour the dough on them and bake the cake for 20 minutes in the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).
Wait 3 minutes and turn the finished cake on a tray. So the caramel and bananas will be on the surface.
