Necessary products

About the base:

200 grams of shortbread cookies

25 grams of butter

For caramel:

150 grams of butter

150 grams of brown sugar

400 milliliters of condensed milk

For the glaze:

250 grams of white chocolate

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits and mix them with the butter. Mix well and distribute the mixture evenly on the bottom of the form (diameter 20 cm), level the surface. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. During this time, simmer the butter with the sugar. When the sugar is completely melted, add the condensed milk and wait for it to boil. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Spread the caramel on the base of the biscuits, flatten and pour over the melted white chocolate. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into pieces.

Serve the caramel cakes with tea.
