Learn how to cook "Caramel cheesecake with walnut bread (without baking)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

250 grams of biscuits
750 grams of skimmed cottage cheese
250 grams of boiled condensed milk (milk caramel Dulce de leche)
1.5 tablespoons gelatin
50 grams of walnuts
150 grams of butter
5-6 tablespoons of water

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm water. When dissolved, pour cold water and allow to swell.

Meanwhile, grind the biscuits and walnuts together using a blender. Add the softened butter to them, stir and the base is ready.

Distribute it evenly on the bottom of a suitable form, as part of the dough should cover the walls of the dish (about 2 centimeters).

Mix the cottage cheese with the condensed milk, mix until smooth and pour in the gelatin, which should be slightly warm. Stir again and apply the cream on the walnut-cookie sheet.

Leave the dessert in the cold overnight, then you can serve.

Enjoy your meal!
