Required products :

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese
  • 8 large biscuits
  • 250 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
  • 1 sachet of thickener for cream
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 grams of caramel or boiled condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons fresh milk (if you use caramel)

  • 8 cups for tea
  • 8 very small cups to fit into the large ones, occupying only part of their inside

Method of preparation :

Dissolve half of the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Whip the cream together with the thickener until "hard peaks" form.

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and add the cream. Divide the cream into two parts.

In one put 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, gelatin and beat on low speed with a mixer.

Distribute the combination in the prepared cups, putting about 3 tablespoons in each.

Place the small cups in the middle of the cream, not reaching the bottom of the dishes. Refrigerate for an hour.

Dissolve the remaining gelatin in a tablespoon of hot water.

Pour hot water into the small cups (use a syringe for this purpose) and slowly pull them out of the curd.

Mix the caramel mass with 4 tablespoons of milk to make a more liquid mixture. Fill the gaps in the cream with it (put 2 tablespoons).

In the second half of the curd with the cream add the dissolved gelatin. Distribute this mixture in the cups, the amount for each of them is 3 tablespoons.

Place a biscuit on top and put the dessert in the fridge for an hour.

Then dip the glasses for a minute in a saucepan of hot water, remove and turn over on flat plates. Remove the dishes.

The dessert should stay in the fridge again. Thirty minutes later you can serve it.

Enjoy!
